In the CD tree (Alt+F10) the Ignore list is not respected if the 'Everything' option is enabled.

If 'Everything' is disabled it is necessary to re-scan the tree (F2) every time the Ignore list is turned on or off, or changed, to get the correct result.

This is done because applying the ignore list to each item returned by Everything would be very slow, and the result returned by Everything isn't cached. The ignore list can be several 100 entries long, and each of them would have to be checked for each returned folder. It's less of a problem in a normal tree load, because once a directory has been excluded, all its content will not even be visited. So at least for now I will not change it, sorry.
