Different pane background colors whether running in user or in administrator mode?

Is it possible to have different background colors (of both panes) based on whether the TC instance is running in a normal user mode or in an administrator mode? I know there's this "username^" in front of the admin window title (as opposed to the regular one), but sometimes the color can be more striking.
