Probably this question goes to Mr. Ghisler himself.
After heavy tinkering, I ended up with a conclusion that the Copy file properties > Timestamp operation in Synchronize Dirs only copies the MODIFIED timestamp of files, but not their Created and Accessed timestamps?
Did I get it right? Or perhaps it's supposed to copy all the 3 Timestamps?
Perhaps there's something wrong with my TC portable installation (latest version), or TC settings, or my Windows 7 (I have a number of its services disabled manually).

This is correct, only the modification time will be copied with this function. There is an option CopyAllTimes in wincmd.ini, but it only works for regular file copy operations. I will consider changing that.
