How to create a text file in TC4A ?

Can I create a text file with Total Commander in android phone?
Mixplorer can do this but I couldn't find this option in TC.

In the folder where the text file should be created, long press on the arrow to the higher folder.
Alternatively, long press on a folder name in the desired folder.
