How to change the view of all windows to 16:9 ?

i am searching if there is a precise way to make all the windows of - app / compare / sync / etc - center at screen and at the same time to have screen size of 16:9, 4:3, or any i desire.

is any options into the settings ?

into the main screen of app there is a vertical line between the 2 windows. When we press on the mouse the right button, it appears a menu to change those panels. I was hoping that there was something similar

There is no built-in centering and setting the size of most dialogs in TC itself. Only by the specified means.
