I prefer not to automatically restore the selection after a refresh when something has changed, because the previously selected files may no longer be there (and the user wouldn't notice). But I will add an automatic call to cm_saveselection when the user refreshes with Ctrl+R or via cm_rereadsource.

It was written above that the selection is already saved after Ctrl+R or cm_rereadsource. We are talking specifically about cm_rereadsource 1.

Have you tried it? I added it for all types of cm_rereadsource.
