TC10.52RC2: apparently TC files date is wrong

After update to 10.52RC2, most of new files have the date 04/10/2022 (dd/mm/yyyy), but the release date should be 10 October and the TC About window shows the build date 2022-10-10.

Is this only a mistake of the files date at creation of the installation package or, much worse, the old files might be included in RC2 instead the new ones?

Confirmed. Only the dates are wrong, help files, executables, history file and French language file are updated.
