[TC10.51] One Separate tree/Same folder left and right/cm_SyncChangeDir/Ctrl+PgUp

I tested again, with several restarts in between testing, and now I see the bug again.

From the root I can go in an out of the same folder several times, and sometimes the cursor goes to the disk label and sometimes it stays on the folder I just left.

It is totally random when it happens, but always only if I click the [\] button over the inactive file panel.

I see the bug too if I press Ctrl+PgUp, Backspace or click [..] - and here it doesn't matter whether i click [..] over the inactive panel or not.

Ctrl+PgUp seems to give the error more often that clicking [\].

I can reproduce it with a clean ini file, and under both Windows 10 and 7.

The gif shows where I installed TC in Windows Sandbox, added a button for cm_SyncChangeDir and enabled it, enabled 1 separate tree and did the testing. It works the same on my pc outside Sandbox. I also tried a Windows 10 version on a virtual machine and then the folder c:\windows also fails.

Open TC with a clean ini.
Open one Separate tree
Open c:\ in both panels
Run cm_SyncChangeDir
Choose a dir in c:\ and press enter followed by backspace followed again by enter and backspace several times - eventually the folder and not c:\ is highligted after a backspace press. Try with several dirs, but "Program Files", "Program Files (x86)" and totalcmd (if present) are good candidates.

I was finally able to reproduce it with a fresh ini. I hope that I caught all cases now...

Tested OK using TC10.52rc3 32-bit and 64-bit.
