Oops, you're right, it's the other way around. If the flag sum contains 256, the file isn't supposed to be opened by pressing Enter. Thanks for the correction.

Indeed packer plugins take precedence over internal associations when the packer plugin is registered for that specific extension (unless you add 256 to the flags). Some plugins like Total7zip support more file types like RPM or ISO, which can be accessed via Ctrl+PageDown.
