Just use and edit the start menu (add submenus and items as much as you like and need)...

Been there, done so.
Brilliant!
It works.
Nevertheless I'm not sure i have done it quite right. Therefore I have a question.
My settings are:
In Wincmd.ini [user]
....
menu14=cd Desktop
cmd14=cd c:\windows\desktop
menu15=--
menu50=wcpuid
cmd50=c:\util\CPUID\wcpuid.exe
path50=c:\util\CPUID
menu51....
(The gab from 'menu15' to 'menu50' make 'menu50' and above NOT appear in user menu. At least I thing, that's the reason.)
In Wincmd.inc
.....
cm_wcpuid=750
.....
In custom.lng
.....
MENUITEM "WcpuID", 750
.....
My question:
When I select (and confirm) 'change start menu' all my menu settings above 'menu50' disappears!
I would like to remove that menu, because other people use the computer.
How
Sorry for the long post. I don't think, it could be more 'compressed'

So restore the proper menu items enumeration... Sorry, but I can't say I follow you. What is the problem exactly?[/face]

I have placed 'WcpuID' to be selected from the 'command' menu.
If I restore the proper menu items enumeration, it shows
up in the 'start'-menu as well. I would like to avoid that.
The improper menu items enumeration triggers a problem:
(I think, it would)
When I choose the menu-option: 'Change Start Menu',
TC sees the bad enumeration and erases 'menu50' and higher.
As a (panic) solution to that problem, I Would like to remove
the menu option 'Change start menu'....but that is probably
impossible.
