Add all hidden TC setting to the help-file

Would it not be best to add "hidden" configuration settings (like DebugIconThread) to the helpfile?
(yes ofc with a slowing everything down warning ofc)

DebugIconThread for example can have the settings 1, 2 or 3 but only 1 and 2 are mentioned in the history.txt.

2: Also log events from the background thread doing the image loading
3: Also log which Lister plugins are tried for a certain file

Hidden Settings (from Ultra TC Editors):

FlushFile=0
Allow user to turn on/off flush before closing files.
0: Off;
1: When copying.
2: When unpacking.
3: When copying and unpacking.
It's strongly recommended to disable this mode, otherwise TC will be very slow.

WantDebugInfo=0
1: Allows TC to write crash reports in debug messages, which can be displayed e.g. with DebugView utility.

DebugThread=0
1: Allows TC to create "%TEMP%\tcthreads.txt" file with name and ID for each new thread. This ID can be be used e.g. for Process Explorer utility.
0: Dissable debugging.
1: Enable debugging.

DebugIconThread=0
It is used for debugging icon extraction and/or dir size calculation.
0: Do not write information.
1: Write information to the file "%TEMP%\tcicolog.txt"
2: Like 1, but write more details.

HistoryDebug=0
It is used for debugging problems with list of recently visited directories.
0: Dissable debugging.
1: Enable debugging.

CompareSkipFirstL=0
Skip the first x characters in each line of left file during compare by content (e.g. the date/time in a log file).

Skip the first x characters in each line of right file during compare by content (e.g. the date/time in a log file).
