I can't receive the purchase confirmation email

Sorry, we have to handle all orders manually due to the incredible amount of mistakes people make (and I don't exclude myself from that), like
- wrong country chosen, so wrong VAT (we have to cancel such orders to avoid troubles with the authorities)
- resellers who enter "United States" in the order number field, although they have an order number and can't find the key when we send one without it
- people who just enter nonsense instead of name and address (for tax reasons, we are required to register all customers and keep the data for at last 10 years)
etc.

We do this once a day during weekdays, and once during the weekend, so it can take between 24 and 48 hours until you get your key.
