There is no longer a difference between the list of changes of the latest final version and the list of changes of the latest beta version. Is this intentional?
The latest release that is listed on these pages is version 3.40 beta 4, it needs updating.

In the table at the bottom it says "7z unpack sources" and "Any". Shouldn't there be a note about where these can be downloaded?
Also, perhaps add a little space under the table?

That's the page I link to from the Play Store. I removed the "Downloads" option there, which also removed the link to the 7zip sources. I have added that now to the comments column.
