[10.52] Unable to access user-mode file systems

Post by *arko »

Steps to reproduce:
  • Install Dokany v2.X
  • Use, for example, cppcryptfs to create and mount a volume
  • Try to access it from TC, it silently fails.
The same path can be opened from Windows Explorer as any other drive.

arko,
Hmm, worked fine for me last time I tried, at least for --reverse mode.
What TC and Windows version are you using? 32-bit or 64-bit? Have you tried with a clean .ini? Have you tried a reboot after installing Dokany?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Hmm... Bizarre, I have restarted *again* and now it works. Wasn't working after previous... 10 reboots?

Perhaps you did Shutdown (Windows is not really shutdown) in stead of Restart (Windows is really shutdown and restarted).

OK, it is happening again... Please see the image, drive "F" is a VeraCrypt container. I see no issues working with it using any other software.

@Hacker, could you please move this topic back to the "TC10.x bug reports (English)" ?

arko,
VeraCrypt works fine here as well. Will move it to bugs once we find a bug in TC. Are you running TC as admin or normal user?

Normal user. I have tried launching it with elevated rights and the result is the same.
