how to close windows security popup

I pressed F3 on a file that is inside the local OneDrive folder in TC 10.50

I get a popup that the file can not be opened: https://imgur.com/a/JjONWTT

Im not looking for the reason why since its probably related to onedrive's offline versus online files etc magic but....

HOW do I close this popup? In system internals process manager I drag the arrow onto this window and I end up on the total commander process.
But I do not want to close total commander since in another background window a copy process is in progress.

I can not change the size of the window

There are no close options

There is not right mouse button click action

There is no seperate entry in task manager to close except total commander as a whole

So how do i close this window?

Have you tried pressing Escape or Alt+F4 ?
