"Display delete confirmation dialog" is off for drive C: in the Recycle Bin properties.

Create:
C:\x\a\1.txt
C:\x\b\2.txt

Go to C:\x\

First dialog appears, press Enter, second dialog appears, press Enter, files are deleted.
