Analyse GeoTIFF with GDAL as plugin?

There are some fine plugins which handle the metadata of images.

But now I have to works with Geotiff - Tif with additional tags. There is a great site and many freeware tools, especially a "display info tool" here:

Are there some ideas or solutions to use gdalinfo as metadata plugin?

Maybe you can use the WinScriptAdv plugin and then call the gdalinfo executable from a script?

According to the description, it supports the following script types:
Python (*.py)

AutoIt (*.au3)
