Search results to file

Is there a way to send the results of a Search (ALT+F7) to a (text) file or only to listbox?

Ctrl+C sends it to clipboard. Does that help?

Very obvious but still, it didn't come up to me...

As you can see here though, i managed to find yet another solution...

I use this set of commands in my usercmd.ini file for saving and retrieving a Search result (when in listbox)

cmd=cm_SelectAllBoth,em_ext_savelist0,cm_ClearAll
menu=Save search in the file SAVEDSEARCH.txt
button=wcmicons.dll,47

[em_ext_loadlist]
cmd=LOADLIST "%COMMANDER_INI%\..\SAVEDSEARCH.txt"
menu=Load search from the file SAVEDSEARCH.txt
button=wcmicons.dll,47

It is the last two command you can put in buttons or in the Menu

That's great! Thanks very much for these. Took me a while to remember where they go (usercmd.ini) but it's done. I also added another button to open file SAVEDSEARCH.txt in my favorite editor.
