Compare highlighting same stuff?

comparing 2 files with very long lines in v10.00.
I get these highlights:

It's highlighting the o as change when it's the same

The compare tool doesn't compare characters at their exact positions in a line, it finds inserted and deleted characters. The 08 in the lower file must be matching another 08 to the left or right of the visual area of the upper file.
