The output file is not surrounded by quotes when packing files into a RAR archive. As a result, if there are spaces in the path, the archive is created with the path up to the space. A message is displayed with the text "Error packing files!".Packing is done with the keys ALT+F5.

Try using winrar.exe instead of rar.exe. TC must be recognizing it as a 16-bit program and try to pass 8.3 (8 name,3 extension max) names without quotes to it, but your drive doesn't seem to support 8.3 names any more.

The problem is fixed in version 11.00b7 x64.
