Digits from SIZE column overlap with EXT column no matter the width

No matter how big or small I make the columns width - the digits from the Size column will overlap with the Ext column, in Full view.

This is by design (to use the available space as efficiently as possible) and has been discussed several times in the past. If you don't want this overlap you can create a custom columns view.

Just make the Size column narrower until you just have a little space between the numbers in the Size and the Date column.

In the two screenshots the size of the Name, Date and Attr columns are the same, the Ext columns is narrower and the Size column is wider - the combined space of Ext and Size is the same in both screenshots.

Notice have MANIFEST for the filename TOTALCMD64.EXE.MANIFEST is truncated in the left panel and some of the file sizes in the right panel is also truncated. In the first screenshot with Full View none of these truncations take place - that shows the benefit of the shared space for Ext and Size in Full View

Thanks for your hints, guys, my issue with a custom column view is that columns width is not in sync for the left and right TC panels.
Is there a way to make the width tweaking affect both panels, as in normal Full View?

The width of all columns will be idential in both panels and also in sync (changing the width in one panel will change it in the opposite panel accordingly) if both panels show the exact same custom columns view.
