Creating file shortcut within TC and Comment

Post by *wanderer »

When creating a shortcut within TC (drag a file with right mousebutton and drop it in the other panel, then select Create Shortcut in the context menu) the shortcut is created normally but in its Contents Comment field, the file's full path is being placed. It would be nice if this was not being done or at least if there was an INI parameter to prevent this behavior. This does not happen if you drop the shortcut in the Desktop.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.
