Possible? Drag-and-drop move, CTRL+Drag-and-drop copy

Instead of default Copy Drag-and-drop, is it possible to switch to Drag-and-drop move, while modifier key + drag-and-drop is used for copy, e.g. CTRL+Drag-and-drop?
