Clarification on the license agreement

Hello, I would like to clarify one question with you regarding your license agreement. Is it allowed to conduct expert research of the cyber police of Ukraine with the help of your program TotalCommander (x64) 10.00? The fact is that this program was used to collect data from my father's phone as material for bringing charges against him in court. It is very important for me to know if the police have the right to do this or if the program is designed for home use

Even if the police used the program without a license after the expiration of 30 days, how will you prove it in court? And the court in your reality is likely to turn a blind eye to such a trifle.

Strange question, of course there is no licence which restricts TC usage to home users.

Some freewares may restrict. Judging by the level of the question, the person is not a TC user.

There are no restrictions who is allowed to use Total Commander and who isn't. So if the police uses Total Commander to copy files (e.g. to a USB flash drive for gathering evidence), this is perfectly legal, even if they use the demo version.
