"Always on Top" - How do I achieve this with TC?

is there a possibility to configure TC to stay "always on top"? I have looked through the configuration-Options and the documentation, but haven't found any hint yet ...

AFAIK there is no such possibility. You can try to use a plugin for TC or some other external application. Some suggestions you can find here or here.
