[TC 11.00 b1 64-bit] New directory hotlist shown as a separate window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a TC 11.00 b1 x64 instance
2. Press Alt+Down Arrow to open the directory hotlist
3. Press Alt+Tab to switch to another application while the hotlist is open
4. In the Windows task list, the directory hotlist is shown as a separate window with the title "PathSelForm"
5. The directory hotlist obscures other applications and sometimes even TC itself hangs

It even hangs TC which can only be closed with the task manager.

I remember that there have been similar problems with the Breadcrumb window also living it's own life detached from TC's main window.
