Lister: show Info about Hex mode selection and wish for "Save selection as..."

First of all, good to see in TC 11 the ability to select both the text and binary forms of viewed file.

I would suggest to add the information about offset and size of selection in the Hex mode, which may be helpful for programming. It can be shown in a tooltip when mouse is over the selected fragment. Size check of text string, for example, would be much easier than now.

Another good option would be "Save selection as..." in context menu (current "Save as..." in Lister's main menu allows to save only a whole file).
