but ProgressBarTop for some reason don't have an effect if the two colors are the same (it works with different colors)
Also notice that with NewStyleProgress=0 there is hardly enough space for the transfer speed.
Would it be possible to use the old height of the progress bar and then use smaller font for both speed and percentage - like here: https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/progressbar2.png with the number for the transfer speed being dynamic (like the percentage) and skipping the graphical view of the speed in the bar itself (as an option (ShowProgressBarSpeed=2)) ?

When you set the progress bar colors both to the same value, TC will derive its own color for the upper part.
If you don't like the graph, you can use the following ini file option:
wincmd.ini, section [Configuration], add:
ShowProgressBarSpeed=0
But please keep it enabled at least during the beta test for test purposes. Maybe you can give me some hints on how to make it better?

I know.
Any chance of a ShowProgressBarSpeed=2 setting like here: https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/progressbar2.png with the number for the transfer speed being dynamicly updated (like the percentage) and skipping the graphical view of the speed in the bar itself?

The transfer speed is already shown behind "Copy:", you can even see it in the screenshot you posted!
Maybe it's still worth making a vote with options from users - how do they "mentally"? represent the relative position of all the elements in this dialog?
Of course, it's good that this window has been improved in principle in order to simplify the display of information and / or provide new information. But it is obvious that the chosen solutions clearly do not fit harmoniously into the general view. Maybe there are quite good designers among us, or just people who have already seen a dozen of such windows and found some conditionally golden mean in the position of the elements and they could share this information with us.
I wouldn't be afraid to make the graph part higher and find some way how to put maximum speed inside it. It doesn't have to be too prominent. In fact, it's not really important. You can get pretty good idea about maximum speed by looking at current speed and how high is current position in graph. If it's not accurate, so what? It's not like you can do much with that number anyway.

09.05.23 Added: When showing copy speed in progress bar, show tooltip of value at the mouse pointer position (32/64)
Confirmed changed in TC 11.00b2
