So apparently it was not any of the keys in the first post that Fla$her refers to as missing ? - unless Fla$her's remark was sarcastic

Wrong conclusion. The question was not so much sarcasm as bewilderment. If you see a list of requested keys in the first post, why are you asking about refering to something that is already obvious? That is, why should I refer to it additionally?
