New commands capitalization

Some new commands use strange capitalization or not use any at all

Yes I noticed that too, but I think this is a beta only thing and expect in the final something like this:
cm_LeftTabsList
cm_ListExternal

Does it matter? They are all case insensitive.

Programmers are periodically characterized by creative fatigue. I understand. But it is still better to follow the initially adopted approach in naming. 😉
