solved [TC 11.00b1] description for cm_OpenDriveByIndex

I think the description in totalcmd.inc for cm_OpenDriveByIndex should be changed from

to

cm_OpenDriveByIndex=3025;Open 1st, 2nd etc. drive displayed in the drive button bar

This because it is the drive Button bar that is indexed and not the drive Combo box, and drives can be hidden in the button bar but not in the combo box with the parameter DriveBarHide= (unlike the Allowed= parameter which applies to both button bar and combo box

Actually the drive button bar is indexed only when it's visible, otherwise the drive combobox.
