1. Create a zstd file, say foo.zst.
2. Press Enter on foo.zst to "enter" it, and Backspace to go back.
3. Try to remove foo.zst. This will trigger a dialog saying the file is opened in TC.
4. Restart TC, and foo.zst can be removed as usual.

Tested OK using TC 11.00b3 32-bit and 64-bit.
