Hi everyone,
Today I'm trying to connect via SCP over SSH to a Linux/Debian 11 box (on AWS, if that matters) from my Windows platform running TC 64-bit, latest version.
I have installed the sftpplug plugin and tried to setup the connection as follows :

When I try to connect, a little window appears for a split second and nothing happens.
There is nothing in the log.
Removing the private key, or changing any of the the options, doesn't affect the outcome.
I'm using the same connection data from the same machine on WinSCP and it works like a charm.
Any ideas ? I'd be forever grateful.
PS : I've been using TotalCommander for roughly 20 years and it's the best program around, no questions asked !

If you put in a private key, you also need to specify the corresponding public key - in OpenSSH format as is described in the help dialog that pops up when clicking the little question mark button. Also, is the private key password-protected? If not, don't specify a password for the connection.

Did you enable FTP logging in Configuration - Options - FTP? This will log also plugins like SFTP.
