How do I stop the Tree at the left side?

I don't know I have the Tree at the left side of the screen. Could anyone tell me please?

First press Ctrl+F2, if you still see tree, press Ctrl+Shift+F8 once or twice

The tree is on the left side, making it a third position.

Take a look into the "Show"-menu
