The form icon for the Copy Cancel Dialog is different between 32bit (none) and 64bit (totalcmd64.exe, 0):

Appart from the fact that TC64 ignores the set ICL there, I suppose TC64 should like TC32 show no form icon for these dialogs.

Confirmed if you by "form" icon mean the title bar icon.
I think 32bit TC should show the icon like the 64bit does.

No it shouldnt, and neither should TC64, as Dialogs (the coffee is ready! - yes/no - cancel/continue/abort - etc) dont show an icon, thats what forms are for

I'm not actively setting an icon there - it looks like Lazarus does this automatically for dialogs, while Delphi doesn't. You can see the icon in many dialogs, e.g. F5 copy, Alt+F5 pack, change button bar and start menu, and many others.
