Hi,
I'd be great if "Compare files" showed the number of the current difference that is displayed at the bottom of the page.
I'm comparing the two files and I 'm shown 750+ differences, and I'm going one by one: seeing the number would give me an idea how far is my progress... Also, it'd be a point to restart, should I cancel and then do it at some later time.
It looks like there's plenty of room to show such information, and it does not take much, can be as short as in the form of "1/765 differences"... Anyhow, most editors that do side by side (emacs, for example) give you this kind of a guidance.
