inconsistence color use in TotalCommander

So I have been running TC with

[Colors]
BackColor=8388608
BackColor2=6553600

in my wincmd.ini since "forever".

Last month I read the thread Issues with custom color theme and use of the tree
and started fiddling with the color for the treelines.

The problem now is, BackColor/BackColor2 are sadly only used in the file pannels, but TreeLineColor is used EVERYWHERE inside TC like file panel, ftp connection list, plugin data picking in mrt, etc...

So the questions is now why this inconsistence color using in TC?

if, for example, you run navy blue file pannels like me and set the TreeLineColor to white, they become invisble everywhere else in TC

So wouldnt it be better if TC used TreeLineColor only for the file pannels?

yes I thought about making this a suggestion BUT then I fould this 15 year old thread Separate background color for odd and even lines in MRT
that even got Chris approvel but did not lead to anything so I wanna hear other people oppinions

I think it would be a good idea to have at least two parameters for treelinecolors.

TreeLineColor: only for the file panel (Tree view) and the Separate Tree, since these share the same background color setting.

TreeLineColorOther: for all other places like in the "Connect to ftp server" dialog or the "Choose plugin property" dialog, since these uses either the System background color (Normal mode) or the Dark Mode Background color.
