Directory menu with VMS FTP

Post by *ebakker »

When I'm connect with a Vax VMS machine and I want to 'remember' a directory I use the Directory Hotlist (Ctrl D).
If I choose 'Add current dir' something like this is added:

ftp://BAKK@HHTV95/ST_PROJECTEN:[HST_08.TEMP]/

Meaning:
protocol://user@machine/disk:[path.subdir]/

In this case the diskname is truncated at the beginning, it should be:
HST_PROJECTEN.

I tested this with another disk (HST_USERS) and in that case the first char was also deleted. I think it is a bug, what do you think? :?:

Hmm, very odd - how does it appear in the panel title bar?

Btw, you can modify the Ctrl+D menu manually to fix the path.

The title is default the same as the directory path.
So also in the title one character is missing.
Editing the path (as a workaround) is indeed not very difficult.
