[TC 11.00b9-b10] "Add to submenu" option when adding a dir to the Directory hotlist is broken

In my case it is a bit different - no crashes, I can still jump via Ctrl+D between my previously added directories. The problem is when I try to add yet another sub-directory to a list: the pop up dialog asks me for its name, but when I click a check box "Add to Submenu", now instead of a list of my top level items (naming my projects) I am getting just one option "New Item1". If I click on it and save, the new directory is added as a top item, there is no "New Item1" folder created. I still can go into "Configure" option and manually drag my new directory to the desired folder. I tried to roll back to TC11 beta 09, no difference. Just does not work. Please fix it, I use this feature of adding new directories under selected submenu (or folder) a lot. Thank you.

When I press Ctrl+D and choose "Add current dir", the dialog box has the option "Add to submenu" - here a list of available submenus in the hotlist should be shown when enabling the option - but since TC 11.00b9 it only shows "New Item1".

First reported here: https://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=436804#p436804 - but I believe that this is another bug, hence reporting it here.
