[TC 11.00b7 dark mode] Window without control buttons and pressing arrow keys

• Open TC in dark mode
• Open a window without control buttons, examples:
  • Help/About
  • Files/Calculate Occupied Space
  • Help/Check for updates now
• Press arrow keys
• Keyboard focus can get lost (only in dark mode). On 64-bit the focus is on something invisible until you press Tab. On 32-bit the focus can return by pressing arrow keys again.

Ideally, keyboard focus should never leave the buttons, like it is in normal mode.

Confirmed too. It seems to go to a hidden checkbox this dialog also offers. I don't know why this is even possible...

21.06.23 Fixed: Do not focus controls of type TPanel with cursor keys, e.g. in dark mode about box (32/64)

Tested OK using TC 11.00 b8.

There seems to be something similar in the dialog Print margins and header, in normal mode and in dark mode, in 32-bit and in 64-bit.

It seems to send the focus to one of the group boxes:
Press arrow left while focus is on OK, then press Tab -> first item of top groupbox is being selected.
Press arrow right while focus is on Cancel, then press Tab -> the only item of the bottom groupbox is being selected.

I don't know why Windows is doing this, it happens in both 32-bit (Delphi) and 64-bit (Lazarus). For now, I will keep it unchanged.

With the difference that in 32-bit TC you don't get stuck when pressing arrow keys repeatedly.
