4. TC hangs with no response...

I read and write through a translator, so I did not understand the order of your actions. I checked:
1. Clicked on the pdf file F3.
2. Pressed the number '4' on the keyboard and chose another plugin to view.
3. Closed browsing by Esc.
4. Entered cm_UnloadPlugins on the command line. Nothing happened.
5. Pressed F3 again and disabled plugins through the menu.
Again nothing happened.
What did I do wrong to reproduce your error?
And what version of SumatraPDF do you have?

   E: The 4 key can be pressed several times to select other plugins.

      The problem here is NOT TCSumatraPDF but sLister x86 stops further execution.
      Select another PDF file in the opposite TC window enables Ctrl+Q again.

Now you can only do "taskkill /f /im totalcmd64.exe" without any choices.

SumatraPDF 3.1.1.0.10417z 32-bit build from Zeniko (the same exe for both path and path64).
Nothing to do. Just unload plugins.

'N' and 'P' work if I double-click on SumatraPDF-3.4.6-32.exe or SumatraPDF-3.4.6-64.exe and open a pdf file.

I only press the '4' key. So as TC Lister iterates over plugins, it works. sLister works exactly the same. So that's how it should be.

In a pdf-file where there are bookmarks, press the right mouse button and turn on Bookmarks. If they have item 4, then navigation can be done by pressing the 4 key.
