All caps file extension when using WCX plugins

Post by *sidefx88 »

Hi,

When I zip a file using Alt+F5 or create a .m3u playlist on TC with M3U wcx plugin installed (by selecting .mp3 files and pressing Alt+F5, and selecting "m3u" from drop menu) it creates a new file, but its extension is all caps (for example: newfile.ZIP or playlist.M3U).

Is there a way to create new files using TC + wcx plugins that creates file extensions with no caps by default?

Thanks in advance!

This is due to the filename length. If it's 8.3, the extension part is made uppercase. If the filename is longer, the extension will be lowercase.
