feature request: delete file in use on next boot

sometimes, using TC, I want to delete a dll, or a log file which is still in use (the uninstalll was not perfect or I want to delete a virus), and TC only asks me to remove the "write protection"

would it be possible to add a button to this dialog "delete file on next boot" using the MoveFileEx Windows API
c.f. SysInternals PendMoves

I know the right method is to kill the owner process, but I'm not brave enough to ask for an option "Kill Owner Process and Retry"

Hmm, technically adding "delete on next boot" would be possible, but I don't think that I should add it, it's a very dangerous command which could delete some important system files. Maybe an addon would be a solution. It should be easy to code, but wouldn't be in the normal program.
