The latest version for Windows 3.1 is 6.58 from 2008.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Support for Windows 3.1 was indeed dropped in 2008. I'm providing this old version for retro computing and emulation.

If you still using windows 3.1 Should rather use dos with NC and remember to load smartdrv xD. No reason to waste memory on windows
