Option to enable "Efficiency Mode".
To reduce the power consumption, thermal dissipation and fan rotation.
When I set it manually from Task Manager it work fine.
I would to set it automatically.

Can you explain where in Total Commander you would need that? It shouldn't use any CPU cycles while idle anyway. And setting this mode while copying, packing etc. would significantly reduce the speed of the operations.
