Avoid confirmation in Synchronize directories asymmetric mode

In Synchronize directories window if i select the Asymmetric option
and there are single files or directories on the right panel, a
message similar to this one appears when synchronize is in
progress
 

RIGHT: Do you really want to delete the 6 selected files/folders ?
 

Is it possible to avoid this message and simply make a mirror copy
of the left panel, without any additional confirmation after pressing
Synchronize button ?

And what about users which like to be warned about such a situation ?
If at all, there maybe an option for this behavior.
Make a suggestion in the right sub-forum.
