Steps to reproduce:
- Open Total Commander (11.00 64-bit (2023-08-02)) and navigate to a directory with several items. Make the first item active.
- Open another program (for example Chrome).
- Focus on another program (make that other program window active).
- Alt-tab to Total Commander and within 100ms press the "down arrow" key.
- The active file doesn't change.
- Press "down arrow" key again - now it works as expected.
It is not specific to the "down arrow" key - other keys (F3, F7, Tab, ...) also have no effect when presses within ~100ms after focusing the Total Commander window.
I've just downgraded to 10.52 (2022-10-26) and it works fine.
