Problem with viewing by F3 & Ctrl+Q

I installed a new monitor 27'' 144Hz (Old 23'' 60Hz).
Can't open files for viewing. I'm getting error Access violation.
On the old monitor, everything is fine.
Tell me how to solve the problem.

What kind of files can you not view? - Images, videos, others - and what kind of file extensions?

Is it possible to set the monitors refresh rate to 50 or 60 to see if the problem then disappears?

In addition to petermad's questions: Do you have Lister plugins installed, and if so, which ones? Do you get the access violation also when opening Lister with Alt+Shift+F3 which bypasses any plugins?

Alt+Shift+F3 - no problem.
After I connected the old monitor in parallel, the problem disappeared.

how about some more USEFUl infos like
- what plugins do you use? (complete list of lister plugins)
- what file(type) did you f3 on? does it happen for every file?

Do you get it also with Alt+Shift+F3 (text only, all plugins disabled)?

OK, then try to enable the plugins displayed in the "Plugins" menu one by one, maybe you find the culprit this way.
