The bug is not fixed on the x32 version. Moreover, no files are created, only one test_[C].txt is created without a number.

Hmm, this button works fine for me with 32bit TC 11.01rc2

It turned out that the system rewrote the exe name in the shortcut, and there is 11.00RC2 instead of 11.01RC2. I'm sorry, everything works.
