Hmm, this button works fine for me with 32bit TC 11.01rc2

The problem is fixed for me.
As petermad said, works fine here also on Windows 11
On a button and in the command line.
Windows 11 Home, Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.3915)

It turned out that the system rewrote the exe name in the shortcut, and there is 11.00RC2 instead of 11.01RC2. I'm sorry, everything works.
Overquoting is evil! 👎
