Wifi file transfer crashes after latest update(s?)

Hi all.

I tried sending some files from my device (Samsung J1 (2016), Android 5.1.1), and the wifi transfer app crashed immediately.
It did not crash when it was started 'stand-alone' - as if to receive file/scan QR.

It was just fine a few days ago.

I looked and saw that my TC version was 3.33d.
TC Wifi was in it's latest version (probably because I installed it from play store)

I thought it's a version mismatch - so updated TC to version 3.42d.
This Did not resolve the issue.

Un/Re install both TC / TCWifi - did not resolve the issue.

I found older version of TCWifi in ApkCombo.
Summary of working versions:
3.5 - Works
4.0b2 - works
4.0b3 - Crash
4.0 - Crash
*When installed 'clean' - the first screen with the agreement is shown for all versions.

For now I'll stick with V3.5

Will appreciate a fixed version.

The problem is probably Android 5.1.1 - I didn't get any crash reports from people with newer Android versions.
I will try to reproduce it in the emulator.

Did you try to send individual files, or entire folders?

I tried to send several files from 'gallery' - and it crashed.
After that - I tried sending a single file from TC itself.
I tried from SD card, and from internal memory.
All crashed.

Please try the new version 4.1 of my WiFi plugin, it should fix the crash on Android 5.1.

Files transferred successfully !!
